Walk: An easy stroll of up to 2 miles through the heart of the Sizergh Estate on well surfaced tracks.

For: Anybody (adults and children), but aimed to be at a gentle pace.

Duration: 1 - 1.5 hours.

Distance / Ascent: Up to 2 miles/144 ft.

Grading: Easy.

Description: Enjoy this gentle stroll through the heart of the Sizergh estate. The well surfaced track takes you through the ancient woodlands, historic farmlands and a traditional Westmorland orchard. There is also the potential to extend the walk to the St Johns Church, with incredible views across the Lyth valley. The pace of the walk will be very gentle and there will be plenty of opportunities to take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
