Distance / Ascent: 9.5 miles / 15 km, 1000 ft / 300 m.
Grading: Moderate.
Description: Cartmel Village is highly regarded being attractive and full of character. The Racecourse contributes to the attractive landscape.
The walk will start from the Pay Car Park close to the Racecourse and takes in some higher ground. We will have at least a couple of walking stops.
Please be aware of the length of the walk and your normal walking abilities.
Meeting Place: Cartmel Racecourse Pay and Display car park at 9:45.
