Kent Nature Walk

Walk: Short walk along the Kent to view wildlife.

For: Families.

Duration: 2 - 2.5 hours.

Distance / Ascent: 2 - 3 miles on flat ground.

Grading: Easy.

Description: The River Kent is packed with lots of wildlife from Cormorants to Salmon and our famous 3 otters! Our Walk with take us along the River Kent to view a range of wildlife. It’s not guaranteed you will see anything but there are only a handful of times I’ve come away with nothing at all! If you like photography – there are opportunities to take photos of the local wildlife ( however it is strongly suggested you do not reveal the holts or hides of the wildlife or post such photos on social media). Dress for the weather conditions of the day and avoid bright clothing such as red rain jackets which may spook the wildlife.
