Distance / Ascent: 4 miles.
Grading: Moderate – terrain is mostly tarmacked road surface with a short distance onto a stony/grassy track. It is uneven in places and has some inclines.
There are no toilet facilities on this walk.
Route is suitable for all terrain wheelchairs, but be advised there are no toilets.
Mobile phone reception is absent from much of this site.

Meeting Time: Friday 22nd / 9:00 for the minibus or 10:00 at the start.

Equipment: Appropriate waterproof outdoor clothing and walking boots required. In the event of some sunshine (it does happen in Cumbria), sun hat and sun cream needed.
Dogs: Sorry no dogs other than assistance dogs.
Max No People: 15 people maximum on walk, can be combination of own transport or minibus.
